first post, setting up blogs

i’ve been meaning to start writing for a while now. not because i have particularly important things to say, but because i think the act of writing forces clarity.

when you have a thought floating around in your head, it can exist in this comfortable fuzzy state where it feels complete. the moment you try to write it down, you realize how many gaps there are.

so this is that. a place to put things down. notes on building things, on design, on whatever i’m thinking about.

i’m ronish. i’m 21, live in bengaluru, and i’m a founding engineer at ghost. i spend most of my time thinking about interfaces and the way software feels to use.
